•  - the girth/circumference of the knee (2 finger widths below)
•  - the girth/circumference of the upper thigh (at the groin)
•  - the distance between the bottom of the foot at the heel to the top of the calf (2 finger widths below the knee cap)
•  - the distance between the bottom of the foot at the heel to the top of the thigh (at the groin)
