Featuring the same exceptionally durable, yet breathable and lightweight design as the traditional Comprefit Standard calf compression wrap, the Comprefit Plus calf compression wrap from Sigvaris additionally offers a foam inner liner that provides a soft interface to help protect recently healed wounds or fragile skin. Made from dense, open cell flat foam, the foam liner makes Comprefit Plus calf compression wraps ideally suited for use on granulated tissue or indurated skin, and for treating chronic venous insufficiency and mild to moderate Lymphedema.

Simply wrap the Comprefit Plus calf compression wrap around the leg for easy to apply, yet effective lower extremity compression. Once donned, the interlocking straps may be easily adjusted to achieve up to 30-40mm Hg active and firm gradient compression, while optional strap extenders may also be used to gain 10 cm of additional circumferential size for increased edema. One pair of Sigvaris cotton sock liners and a CompreBoot are included with each Comprefit Plus calf compression wrap.
