Cellona® Polster synthetic adhesive padding by Lohmann & Rauscher features a polyacrylate adhesive backing which is applied in strips to ensure non-slippage of the padding, making it an excellent solution when fixation of the padding is required. Soft and elastic, Cellona® Polster synthetic adhesive padding provides comfort and excellent comfortability around body contours. The padding helps cushion the limb and helps prevent sharp indentations or skin irritations, and can easily be cut into shapes to protect exposed or boney surfaces.
When used as part of a multi-layer compression bandage, Cellona® Polster is an excellent choice for use over the initial skin-protective layer, such as TG stockinette to provide added, fixed padding, or under Rosidal K short stretch bandages to help distribute and cushion the compressive effects of the bandages.
