Part of the Advancis Medical family of wound care dressings, the Eclypse Boot is a light weight super absorbent dressing that is uniquely shaped to securely fit around your lower leg to manage moderate-to-heavily exuding lower extremity wounds. Anatomically designed to fit the lower leg and foot, the Eclypse Boot super absorbent dressing features 12 interconnected super absorbent compartments to optimize absorbency.

When used under short stretch compression bandages as an absorbent compress dressing when lymphorrhea is present, the Eclypse Boot will help keep your compression bandages dry by preventing maceration, and reduce the frequency of having to change the bandages during lymphedema wrapping.
